MOD Restaurants - Ballard

Freiheit & Ho Architects, Fall/Winter 2014

After working with MOD to create their brand/design identity, Freiheit & Ho then worked with MOD to implement this design into a number of their restaurants. Most MOD restaurants go into existing tenant spaces, but the Ballard location was a unique situation in that the shell was part of the redesign. My main role was to work on the exterior redesign of the old Ivars restaurant in Ballard, and translate the new MOD branding in building form.  I was the main contact on this project from schematic design all the way through construction adminstration.

All schematic work completed while working full time in the MOD Corporate Offices as a contracted Freiheit & Ho Architects employee.  All construction document and construction administration work completed while working full time at Freiheit & Ho Architects.
