A 3-story, 71,000sf Assisted Living Facility located between the Maple Leaf Reservoir and the historic 'Waldo Woods' nature conservation.  63 Assisted Living Units and 19 Memory Care Units. This project met Built Green 4-Star.  Carried the project completely from Concept, through Entitlements including Early Design Guidance/Design Review and through Construction Administration.
